ACT! 2005/2006/2007 Edition |

like to keep track on the yearly Holidays within
your ACT! calendar? You could manually enter
all these events. However, we would like to
show you an easier way to input these Holidays.

To
add the Holidays to your Outlook calendar follow
these intructions:
To add Holidays:
-
Open Outlook, and go to Tools | Options
-
Click on the Calendar Options button
-
Click the Add Holidays button
-
Click the country of Holidays
-
This will add the Holidays to your Outlook
calendar

How to Update your Outlook Calendar
with ACT! Activities
1. Go to the Tools menu in ACT!,
and select Outlook Activities

2. This
will bring up a sub-menu, where you will select
Update

3.
This will open the
Update Calendars dialog box. Select
One-way, and choose From Outlook to ACT!. Select Date
Range, and then choose 1/1/2007 to: 12/31/2007.
